How signing up for texts from Lustro Detailing works, what we send, and how to stop.

How you sign up

Texts from Lustro Detailing are opt-in. The only way to sign up is a box on our booking form at lustrodetailingllc.com/book, under the phone number on the “Your details” step.

The box starts unticked and it is optional. A booking goes through the same way whether or not it is ticked, and the confirmation and receipt are emailed either way. It is a separate box from the one that accepts our terms.

What we send

If you tick the box, you may receive booking confirmations, reminders, and arrival updates, as well as review requests and occasional offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any of our texts to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Replying STOP unsubscribes your number from all of our texts, including booking confirmations. We email those as well, so you still hear about your own booking.

Your number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except with vendors or service providers who assist in the delivery of text messages and support our business operations.
